CETIM Advanced Materials‘ main purpose is to serve companies and institutions in the research and development of new materials that meet the growing demands imposed by the markets, introducing novel solutions related with materials and structures.

The processes of synthesis, formulation, functionalization, mold and characterization of materials with improved properties are within the expertise of this area, as well as within the highly qualified professionals that compose this Department.

Advanced Materials’ activity is focused on two main lines: Inorganic Materials and Organic Materials.
